REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Matchesty Candle Company appreciates your business and carefully inspect all merchandise before it is shipped. So, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.

We pride ourselves on customer service and will strive to make it right. However, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

We will replace, or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to JohShane@matchestycandles.com within 7 days of delivery.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order and inform you if the refund was approved or not.

Please remember that refunds can take some time for your bank to process and post back to your account. In this case, you also have the option to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase.
